→3C. The Responsibilities of the Membership
his local group, and then by the relevant Society Officers (and their
Deputies) to ensure that any items of clothing and/or equipment intended
for public display at any Event are:</li>a. <ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"><li> safe in their construction and use (under the relevant regulations ofthe Society Officers) and<li>b. <li> authentic for the display, bearing in mind the location and publisheddateline (if any) for the Event.</li></ol>
<li> It is the duty of the AO and MAA to inform the membership of the details of
general and wargear authenticity for Events, and they shall maintain strict
convened.</li>
